Our Chenin Blanc & Viognier is light straw in color. It is a bright, vibrant and refreshing wine. With hints of peach, pear & apricot on the nose, it leads to similar character notes on the palate. The vibrancy of this wine makes it a perfect beverage to share outside. It is an 80% Chenin Blanc & 20% Viognier blend of our certified sustainable, Estate Grown fruit.

Harvest and Production Notes:
The fruit was harvest between September 6th & 7th. The juice was cold fermented in stainless steel tanks to retain the unique fruit characteristics.
