Winemaking Notes
Grapes for the 2008 were harvested between August 15th and August 27th with an average Brix at harvest of 22.2. The majority of fruit for the 2008 came from our own River Junction Vineyard. The resulting juice was fermented cold in Stainless Steel

Tasting Notes

Our 2008 is light straw in color with aromas of Grapefruit, Lemon Lime and Green Apple. The wine is crisp in the mouth and finishes clear with dominating citrus flavors

We are happy to announce that the 2008 Pinot Grigio is sealed with the Stelvin Lux Screw Cap. The Stelvin Lux is a top of the line enclosure that gives the apperance of a bottle with a cork finish, but with screw cap ease. Just twist it off.
